‘American Pickers’ Star Missing, Fans Want Answers Now
American Pickers, The History Channel’s megahit reality show, is unable to catch a break. With fans continuing to complain about the show, the ratings are bottoming out. Now, the fans have a new reason to complain. One of their favorite stars of American Pickers is missing and the fans are demanding answers.
Mike Wolfe Heads Home
Mike Wolfe, for unknown reasons, stops filming American Pickers and, suddenly, goes home. He leaves his fellow co-stars in Alabama so he can return home to Tennessee. The other pickers are left to finish shooting on by themselves.
The reason the world knows this is because of an Instagram posts from the American Pickers stars. Mike Wolfe posted a photo of driving in Tennessee. He captioned the photo with “”Full moon tonight in the 1960 Impala feels good to be back home.” Around the same time, the other stars of The History Channel’s reality television show posted photos of their picks in Alabama.
The Other American Pickers Star Is Missing
Mike Wolfe is not missing. He is back home in Tennessee. The American Pickers who is missing is Dave Ohrt. On the show, he is known to buy different items and use them to create something new. Because of this, Dave Ohrt has become known for his “assembler’s role” the reality television show. He is also a collector of cars and motorcycles. He owns several because of his ability to repair older vehicles.
Dave Ohrt has not been seen on American Pickers since 2020, over four years ago. This was about the same time Frank Fritz also left the show due to a back injury. Frank Fritz was fired from the show in 2021, about one year later. Fans are probably curious of these two things have anything to do with each other.
American Pickers Fans Are Demanding Answers
Fans of American Pickers are demanding a lot of answers to their many questions. Their latest question has to do with the disappearance of Dave Ohrt. “Where is Dave?” was seen on social media, wanting to know where their favorite assembler has been for about four years.
Fans are also demanding to know Frank Fritz was fired and why he has not be rehired. The fan favorite is very much missed on American Pickers. Although they know about Frank Fritz’s back injury and the stroke he had after the back surgery, they still want to know where he is. They are demanding he be rehired. Some fans are even threatening not to watch the show unless he is back in it.
The ratings of this reality show on The History Channel continue to drop. Fans are not happy the direction American Pickers is taking. Because of this, fewer and fewer are tuning in each week.
