Ariana Madix has purchased her own $1.6 million Hollywood Hills home amid the battle to sell her Valley Village abode. She was in a legal dispute with her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval over the house they purchased in 2019. Now, it seems she has taken matters into her own hands. Keep reading for more details.

Back in 2019, a handful of the Vanderpump Rules cast headed to Valley Village. This included Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix. They loved their home and it was really hard when his cheating caused the two to break up. Neither one wanted to move out and Ariana felt she should not have to. Why should her life be disrupted simply because he had an affair with her best friend? At the same time, Sandoval did not want to leave either so they are both living under the same roof with a go-between as seen on the show. Ariana wants him to sell the house and divide the assets.
He has alleged he offered to buy her out, a million over what they paid and she has recently filed a suit. However, Sandoval maintains that his ex has not paid the bills in nearly a year so there is a lot to contend with. Now, according to Page Six, Ariana has bought her own home in the Hollywood Hills despite currently performing on Broadway. She is wrapping up her run as Roxie Hart in Chicago but it appears she will be returning to California.

Ariana Madix’s new three-bedroom, two-bathroom house was built in 1962 but has since been completely renovated prior to the sale. It comes with an open floor plan where the living and dining rooms connect to the kitchen. Upstairs, it boasts a view of the iconic Hollywood sign with a luxurious and spacious master suite. Ariana also has a huge backyard though no pool is noted in the description like at her Valley Village home.
Still Waiting
Ariana Madix still seems to be waiting on a judgment about what will happen to the home she shares with Tom Sandoval. However, she maintains that prior to his cheating, they had a joint account. Then, they did the refinance on the house and when everything went down with Rachel Leviss, she no longer felt comfortable just giving him money. Ariana explained that she wanted an itemized list of the bills and what she owed but that never happened. She has since moved on with Daniel Wai, a fitness instructor based in New York.

she should had just moved out from the start and rented her half out on air B&B as a destination location with a statement that Tom still lives there and renters may have interaction with him if he there, she makes money and with all the Tom haters out there would had drove Tom to move out or sell the place or buy her out at market value minus anything she hadn’t paid in last “year” since cheating cane out.
