Lennie and Whitney dated but broke up although they remained friendly. These days, he’s moved on and even has a daughter. Recently, the main star of the My Big Fat Fabulous Life show posted about meeting the baby girl. Another person that fans met early in the series was Arvi Lang, who cheated on her with multiple women.
Whitney Way Thore dated and got engaged to Chase Severino after he proposed to her in 2019. Once again, it was shortlived, because he impregnated another woman and now has more than one kid. Whitney met his child as well. Then there was the ill-fated mysterious French tutor who faded away after they agreed to an open relationship.

The My Big Fat Fabulous Life star did an AMA and talked about how she lost weight but is still “fat.” Additionally, she covered old ground about how she despises TLC fans commenting on her physique. More old news followed about how she feels fame has massive downsides to it.
On Reddit, where one MBFFL fan recapped the AMA, the OP noted that she got snarky with TLC fans who asked about her love life. They wrote:
There where about 20-40 questions on her love life, that she choose to pull up for all to see. She then looked into the camera defiantly, and refused to answer these questions, before skipping them altogether. She controls the AMA, she didn’t even need to pull those questions up. Also after 10 seasons of fake boyfriends, fertility storylines, and obsessing over marriage and kids, why would she get angry at her fans for for wanting an update on her love life. Oddly enough, I think the show is probably why she’s still single. It’s ironic.
