Viewers first met Katie Thurston on Season 25 of The Bachelor. Her failure to find love with Matt James didn’t stop her from trying again. She was named Bachelorette for Season 17. Her season ended successfully in an engagement when Blake Moynes popped the question. They broke up a few short months later, and she went on to have several other public relationships.
One of those relationships was a result of her appearing on another reality show. She joined Season 3 of the CW dating show FBoy Island. After getting to know the male contestants, Katie had to guess if they were serious about finding love or just an fboy. She chose Vince Xu over fboy Benedict Polizzi. However, they had already split up by the time the finale aired on TV.
Since her time on The Bachelor, Katie Thurston has made several life changes. She moved from San Diego to L.A. to pursue a career in stand-up comedy. Despite her lifestyle changes, Katie’s past always seems to follow her. At least she has a sense of humor about it.
The reality star unexpectedly got a nasty reminder of her history of failed relationships. She took to her Instagram to share how it happened. She shared a photo of the process of purchasing two tickets with Alaska Air. Katie was given multiple options when entering the information about the second traveler. She ultimately chose “new traveler,” indicating that all of the other names listed are former relationships. She redacted the last names of three of the five men. The names listed were: Ben, Blake Moynes, John Hersey, Maxwell, and Michael.
Who’s Who From Her Dating History
Blake Moynes is obviously her ex-fiance. After their engagement ended, she briefly dated John Hersey, another contestant from The Bachelorette.
It’s anyone’s guess who Ben and Maxwell are. She was never publicly linked to anyone with those names. The Michael could be comic Michael Lenoci. Katie was rumored to be dating him, though clearly they are no longer together.
