Counting On alum Josh Duggar is getting a lot of attention following the recent trouble in his unit. It was reported that the 36-year-old might face new punishments after his prison cell got caught with a bunch of contraband. The oldest Duggar child and his legal team have been trying to overturn his case. It also appears that Josh is still getting visited by some of his supporters. Counting On: Josh Duggar’s Prison Unit Got Into Trouble
According to reports, Josh’s unit will face new punishment after some inmates were caught with alcohol. It’s unclear if the Counting On alum got caught with the alcohol as well. However, it was revealed that their new warden is giving punishment to the entire unit whenever someone is caught with contraband.
This wasn’t the first time Josh got into trouble inside the jail. In February 2023, Jim Bob and Michelle’s son was caught with a contraband phone and was sent to solitary confinement as punishment. He also received an additional two months of jail time.
Josh Gets Regular Visits From Brother & Family?
Some Reddit users react to an insider claiming that Josh is still getting regular visits from his brother and in-law. According to the source, the Counting On alum recently got visited by his brother, Joseph, and in-law, David Waller. The claimant also added that the two stayed all day at the prison, chatting and eating snacks with the convict. “They looked relaxed and happy. They just shared a couple of snacks and chatted all day,” the insider said, adding that Josh Duggar’s wife, Anna, is nowhere to be seen.
Meanwhile, some Redditors were shocked that Josh still gets visited by his family despite the horrible things that he did and all the evidence against him. It was also discovered that David and Priscilla Waller are presently working at a prison ministry, and it may have something to do with their visit to FCI Seagoville.

Anna has been discreet about her life since her husband’s CSAM arrest. However, the Counting On alum has expressed her support for the disgraced Duggar child. It was also reported that she had a feud with several Duggars who didn’t support Josh during his trials.
There have been reports that Anna Duggar still visits her convicted husband. In January 2023, the mother of seven was photographed taking all of her kids to jail to see their dad.
