Some Redditors previously discussed Josh’s new petition. According to the documents, the Counting On alum filed a certiorari with the Supreme Court. It’s a request to have a higher court review a decision made by a lower court. However, some people think Josh is just wasting time and money. Others were also surprised that he’s still hoping to overturn his case despite all the evidence against him.

Josh To Face New Punishment Following Unit Trouble

According to reports, there’s a new warden in the Counting On alum’s prison. It was also revealed that it’s a woman who is very strict about the rules. The poster also said that there was a new rule in which everyone would face consequences whenever someone was caught with contraband.
The punishment Josh Duggar will receive has yet to be revealed. But there are speculations that his sentence may increase for months or even years. The Reddit poster also added that he may also lose phone and visitation privileges.

Counting On: What Was The Contraband Found In Josh Duggar’s Unit?
It was reported that the contraband found in Josh’s unit was alcohol. According to an insider, the Counting On alum’s building got shaken down last week and they were caught with a “bunch of contraband” including alcohol.
This wasn’t the first time Josh Duggar got into trouble while serving time in jail. In February 2023, Jim Bob and Michelle’s son got caught with a contraband phone. As a result, he was sent to solitary confinement, and his sentence was extended by two months.
