Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird claims that she works 150 hours per week and fans do not believe her for one second. She is known to always be on TikTok hustling or dancing plus she has merch from The Sisters Closet. Yet, that has been called out as fake and reused. So, what does she do all week? Fans Call BS On Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird’s 150 Hour Work Week
Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird has been on reality television since she was a tween. That was when Here Comes Honey Boo Boo came out and she was young, trying to figure out who she was. Then, Mama June: From Not To Hot started and she was a whole new person. She eventually met Josh Efird and the two began dating, had a daughter, and got married. They went on to have three more children while also raising her little sister, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson. Filming did not stop just because their mother and the show’s namesake struggled with substance abuse.
So, yes, filming probably takes up a lot of time, and, at the same time, Pumpkin hustles on social media. She promotes whatever is sent to her. Plus, she dances and does videos with her sisters and family. Along with that, she started her own company. Unfortunately, she has received a lot of backlash for selling dupes of items as well as selling inexpensive products from other companies at higher prices. Now, Pumpkin is alleging that she works 150 hours a week but no one believes her.
According to Meaww, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird made a social media post showing all she was shipping out to those who had purchased from her. With that, she wrote this:
“From a very very small corner in my bedroom, moving into a 12×24 shed in my backyard last year, & now we are moving into a 11,000 Sq Ft building this week. This right here is truly the “you made it” point for me. Not to brag at all. But this just goes to show that the 150+ hours a week that I put in doesn’t go unnoticed or under appreciated. I can’t wait to take this new adventure on with my business and continue to go up from here.”
Of course, none of her followers believed what she was saying in any capacity. Pumpkin did end up changing the 150 to 100+ but still, it was quite unbelievable.
Chatter Begins
After seeing her alleged workweek, a Reddit thread was started to discuss Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird. Followers clearly did not believe a word that she was saying and had no problem expressing it.
- Basic math says that is a 2.5 hour break each day. The lie detector test determined THAT WAS A LIE!

- 150 hours a week? Lol. It doesn’t take that long to order temu and shein junk online and then throw it into a shed along with the rest of the junk you ordered
- Did she mean “a month”? If it’s 150 hours a week then she really is doing hard drugs
Even if she was just filming 16 hours a week, seven days a week, that would only be 112 hours a week. So, Pumpkin might want to make a fully documented video as to what takes her all of this time in one week.
