‘Family Feud’ Contestant Shocks Fans With ‘Bedroom’ Insult
During a recent Family Feud episode, one contestant shocks fans with a speedy “bedroom” insult. Afterward, it stuns Steve Harvey and leaves fans chattering about the sharp comment.
Family Feud Is Full Of Slips
No doubt, Steve Harvey has to be ready for anything on Family Feud. When people are “in it to win it,” some of the strangest answers arise. For instance, there was a contestant who got confused and answered in the form of a question as if they were on Jeopardy. Steve asks, “Name an occupation where someone wears a robe at work.” Then contestant Erin, nervously answers, “What is a surgeon?” So Steve thinks fast and replies, “You thought you were playing… Jeopardy?” And Erin laughs at herself saying “For a second. Just for a second.” But even Steve gets stumped from time to time. Like when he hears Shanelle’s confident answer about the “bedroom.”
Family Feud Contestant Shames Significant Other
On the Family Feud Instagram page, a contestant eagerly buzzes in after Steve Harvey asks a question. He reads, “What’s a word starting with ‘W’ that describes your man in bed??” Almost immediately, Shanelle hits the buzzer. Then she clearly states, “Weak.” Following, the audience groans at the sharp insult. To which Steve looks down and shifts his eyes from side to side avoiding eye contact. But then he coughs and says, “Bruh…,” then adding but not finishing, “Wherever you are…” Undoubtedly, Steve was feeling the pain of the blow to Shanelle’s significant other’s ego. After the shaming, Shanelle’s answer didn’t even appear on the board.
Shanelle’s Statement Shocks Fans
Not only did the audience gasp at the flippant answer given by Shanelle on Family Feud, but fans were aghast on Instagram as well. Undeniably, most were taken aback by her comment about the “bedroom” and felt her jab was a bit harsh.
- “Omg!!! She just stabbed bro in the back with a dagger.”
- “He deserves better.”
- “She’s gotta be single, because if she wasn’t, after that answer, she will be.”
- “Emotional damage.”
- Playing on the theme, one says, “He got wiolated.”

- “That is very disrespectful!”
Family Feud Fans Have Mixed Reviews
Other fans gave their thoughts as well. While some were cringing for Shanelle’s guy watching at home, others thought her answer was on point.
- “Her man watching like 😳😳🫥.”
- “I must confess u are a real stunner.”
- One Family Feud fan threw her a bone but then reconsidered. Saying, “She probably meant he makes my knees weak…… nahhh.” To which another person replies, “No, trust me she did not mean that.”
- Some comments suggested “wild” or “wack” but others agreed they were in line with Shanelle. Saying, “Weak was the 1st thing that came to mind 😂😂😂.”
