Wendy Williams’ Ex-Husband Breaks Silence On Documentary
Wendy Williams’ ex-husband Kevin Hunter has broken his silence regarding the release of the recent Lifetime documentary. Kevin Hunter Responds To Wendy Williams Lifetime Documentary
Kevin Hunter, Wendy’s ex-husband, took to Instagram to share his thoughts on the Lifetime documentary. He wrote a lengthy message on Instagram Stories yesterday. Kevin’s statement began by pointing out that “everyone heard ‘f*** Kevin'” throughout the docuseries.
He believes that he was painted in a negative light, but the whole story still was not told. “The show took precedent over EVERYTHING,” Kevin wrote, “including family.” Then, he delved into a few things he felt the docuseries left out.

According to Kevin, when Wendy Williams was in recovery in Florida three years ago, her sister set up secret calls with the company that managed her IRA and retirement accounts. Apparently, her sister would lie on these calls stating that Wendy would be getting her show back. “That was a lie and broke more s*** than anything,” Kevin wrote.
He continued, “They were only trying to get here there to satisfy an insurance claim so they could obviously replace losses and the money that they were STEALING (5-15mil).” Kevin Hunter states that her sister wanted control over Wendy and Wendy’s naivety allowed her to be “played.”
Once she got back to New York, the state stepped in and removed her sister from the equation. Wendy Williams was forced to have a financial guardian through the court and, as Kevin points out, she spiraled. “Blood on ALOTTA HANDS,” he concluded.
Wendy Williams Fans Question Kevin Hunter’s Sincerity
A Reddit user posted a screenshot of Kevin’s statement asking for others to weigh in with their thoughts on his response. Not surprisingly, many people were disappointed to hear that so many people sat back and let Wendy be taken advantage of.
“No one seems to care ABOUT Wendy, Care FOR Wendy,” one person wrote. “They only want what they can get out of Wendy.” Another Reddit user agreed, stating that she has been their “workhorse…literally.”

Several people pointed out that Kevin seems to be laying the blame at the feet of others, but not himself. “When he says there’s blood on alot of hands, does he include himself as one of those people too?” one fan wrote, while another chimed in, “EVERYBODY close to Wendy is complicit in her downfall!”
“Wow, not even one word wishing Wendy safety and comfort while she deals with a life-shortening diagnosis,” one Reddit user stated. Others pointed out that Blac Chyna was the only person who showed Wendy any kind of compassion throughout the entire docuseries.
