Tom Sandoval Won’t Sell Home With Ariana Madix After Request
Tom Sandoval refuses to sell the home he shares with his ex, Ariana Madix. Ariana had put in a request to sell the home and Tom denied it. The two will never agree and one of them is going to have to give in at some point. After Tom Sandoval cheated on Ariana Madix, the two will not speak to each other. At first, they were going through Tom’s assistant. However, she recently quit due to the Scandoval. Now the pair will only speak through their legal teams despite living in the same home.
Tom Sandoval Takes On All The Bills
Tom Sandoval recently called out Ariana Madix on Vanderpump Rules. It seems as though Ariana has not paid her bills for eight months and left Tom to cover it all. However, fans are having a hard time feeling guilty for Tom after what he did to her. When Sandoval had an affair with Rachel Leviss, the reality TV world began to hate Tom. This left not many people in his corner. However, he is still struggling to take full responsibility for what happened.
“My bank account was literally overdrawn. Dude, Ariana hadn’t paid any of the bills for, like, f–king eight months, man, I’ve been pretty much paying for everything out of all my accounts. Mortgage, gardener, cleaning, utilities, everything. It’s kind of like pulling teeth to get Ariana to pay me back,”

Sandoval Denies Request To Sell
Ariana Madix filed to have the house sold. However, Tom Sandoval wanted no part of that deal. He felt as though she did not disclose “sufficient facts to state a cause of action against”. Tom also wanted money for all the improvements he had made to the home that elevated the value. He also felt as though she “failed to mitigate whatever damages” she made. While he also felt as though she did not do this “reasonably and in good faith.”. The two continue to argue through the legal challenges and it is unknown when they will agree on what to do with the home.

It seems as though Tom will not sell the home unless Ariana takes responsibility for the damages she has done to the house. However, unless the two want to live together forever, someone will have to give in. Ariana is living her best life on Broadway. She is performing as Roxie Hart in the musical Chicago.
