‘Vanderpump Rules’ Ariana Madix Receives Big Honor
Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix has just received a very big and great honor. Currently, she is wowing fans as Roxie Hart in Chicago on Broadway with her time extended. Yet, something else amazing happened in her life and it is cause for celebration. Read on for more details.
Vanderpump Rules Ariana Madix Receives Big Honor
It has been a whirlwind year for Ariana Madix. She thought her life was over when it came out that her boyfriend of nearly a decade, Tom Sandoval had been having an affair. It was not just with anyone, though, it was with her best friend and co-star, Rachel Leviss. The Vanderpump Rules cameras went back up six months after they were set down to capture the fallout of ‘Scandoval.’ Though Ariana was devastated in the moment, Lisa Vanderpump promised better things to come and she was right. She ended up getting several endorsement deals as well as a spot on DWTS and her role on Broadway.
It has been an epic time with Tom Schwartz recently calling out her ego. That was before some of the major events had even happened. Now, she is walking away with another special honor and the best part was, it was all done by the fans. On Sunday, February 18th, the People’s Choice Awards aired. The cast of Vanderpump Rules was nominated as was Ariana. According to Us Weekly, she was nominated for Competition Contestant of the Year.

There was stiff competition as she was alongside Theresa Nist, Charity Lawson, Xochitl Gomez, Keke Palmer, Iam Tongi, Anetra, and Sasha Colby. In the end, Ariana Madix took home the gold but she was in great company. Of course, since she came in third on DWTS, a Reddit thread was started to talk about whether she was the right choice. It was a split decision which is fair as Xochitl Gomez was the winner of this past season.
Who Should Have Won?
Ariana Madix took what could have broken her, all of the lemons, and made incredible lemonade. However, not everyone in the Reddit thread felt the same way. What exactly did they have to say?
