Kyle Richards Welcomes New Family Member Amid Turmoil
RHOBH star Kyle Richards has welcomed a new family member amid marital turmoil. Viewers have watched as her marriage has started to fall apart week by week. Now, it will officially plummet down in the Season 13 finale, airing Wednesday, February 21st. So, who has joined the Richards-Umansky family? Read on for more details.
Kyle Richards Welcomes New Family Member Amid Turmoil
These last several months have been anything but easy for Kyle Richards. In July 2023, it was announced that she and her husband of nearly thirty years, Mauricio Umanksy, had separated. Yet, prior to this, it was rumored that Kyle and singer, Morgan Wade were having an affair. They were seen out and about, wearing matching jewelry and Wade even had a “K” tattoo on her. Though Kyle and Mauricio denied they had split, they did say that the year had been their most challenging. It was then revealed that their issues would play out in the new season of RHOBH, which it has.
Kyle wants more from her life as her kids are grown whereas Mauricio is dedicated to his business. He did go on DWTS where he was linked to his pro partner, Emma Slater. They are living amicably in the same house but are free to date other people. While all of this is happening, Kyle has welcomed a new family member. She shared the news via Instagram that she rescued a puppy. Apparently, a follower had a sweet little pooch who they could no longer keep.

The hope was that Kyle Richards could help find it a home and she agreed. However, Kyle never named her so she would stay detached. Clearly, that did not happen as Kyle is the happy new recipient of a Bernese Mountain dog. She noted they are still searching for a name and welcomed all suggestions. Kyle has always had a lot of dogs and they are her babies so this was just a natural addition. Famed writer, Gary Janetti made a joke about the Lucy Lucy Apple Juicy debacle from Season 9 when suggesting a name.

The next few weeks will not be easy for Kyle Richards. She will have to watch the RHOBH finale which involves her and Mauricio Umansky talking to their four daughters. They will share the truth about the demise of the marriage and then the reunion will happen. That is always hard to handle. Luckily, to break up the tension will be the Erika Jayne spinoff though she is not being well received right now.
