Several years ago, Bing decided to make another move on his own. He left and went to Canada to open up his own production company and music studio. This completed a merger between Dogg Records, which Bing owned, and Urban Heat Legends, a Canadian label.

Sadly, Bing was only 44 years old. There have not been any reports about what led to his early and tragic death. However, he will be sorely missed by Snoop Dogg and his family.
