Is Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson still attending college in Denver, Colorado? She was accepted to Regis University in the season finale of Family Crisis which was a huge shock for her family. Is Honey Boo Boo Still In College In Colorado?
Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird hammered into Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson the importance of going to college. She was all over her to apply and do something with her life which Alana really did want. Her dream was to be a nurse and she ended up getting into Regis University. The shock about this was it was in Colorado so her family was scared they would never see her. She was nervous about her boyfriend, Dralin Carswell, and whether he would join her or stay in Georgia. As seen in the clips for the new season of Family Crisis, there was a lot that went into her going away.
She learned her mother, Mama June, blew her college fund. Plus, her sister, Anna Cardwell was battling stage 4 adrenal carcinoma. Luckily, when it came to money, she had a $21K scholarship from Regis so she needed to make a decision quickly. Alana grabbed it up and headed off but, come December, Anna’s situation was dire. She missed Anna’s last family trip but was there for her sister’s final days. Alana was devastated that Anna would never see her graduate. So, did she stay with her family or go back to school?
Ultimately, Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson did return to college. She showed off a snowy day in Denver, Colorado on her Instagram stories. Though it is likely not an easy transition, she made it a point to say that she would do all she could in school in honor of Anna. She knew it would be hard with her not around but she wanted to achieve these milestones for her sister.
Back At Home
It is probably a good thing that Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is away at school. There is so much drama back in Georgia that she should keep her head in the game. Currently, Mama June is in a custody battle over Anna Cardwell’s eldest daughter, Kaitlyn. Anna’s ex-husband, Michael Cardwell thinks her two daughters should stay together plus he has helped raise Kaitlyn. He has also pointed out how Anna and June were estranged for a very long time. Mistreatment of Kaitlyn has been seen on TikTok so hopefully Alana is staying focused on her goals.

All of them are scammers in one way or another except for Josh. They pushed Alana to work and lived on her money, bought houses, bought drugs, paid for parties, etc. June is the head thief and the rest followed in their own way.

L am so surprised at how mature Josh, Pumpkin, and Justin are now especially Justin. He is really trying to keep an active relationship with the kids and he calls June on all her lies and b.s
I hope Alana is successful in
getting her nursing degree.
I think June needs to be in jail for her selfishness and stealing the money and bought that really
boyfriend a house and then he dumped her then he married his real girlfriend. Minus June,
Sugarbear and his sleazy wife the family take care of one another as family.
June is absolutely disgusting and it is beyond me why the show continues to showcase, fund and promote her – change the name and focus on the kids – love Josh and Pumpkin !!

First of all June cannot touch Alana money they have to kegally put 20% of each check and she can get that money when she reaches 18 so also nobody goes right into nursing school you first have to get your basics out of the way if your going to do a reality show make it believable
