A new episode of Shark Tank arrives tonight on ABC and the founders of BarBees Bartending Classes are coming on the show. While the sharks often hear from people with physical products to invest in, this is a business that offers something easy and unique for aspiring bartenders.

Here is a look at where to buy the BarBees Bartending Classes from Shark Tank and what you need to know about the service.

What are BarBees Bartending Classes on Shark Tank?

Jess Blakley and Willow Sprague created the BarBees Bartending Classes in 2019 and saw quick success. The duo, based out of Nashville, Tennessee, started as a mobile bartending service for parties, weddings, and other large private events in Nashville. However, thanks to COVID-19, they had to pivot and find something new.

They decided to offer up virtual bartending classes so people could learn how to mix drinks (mixology) while in quarantine. This helped them go nationwide with the company and the business exploded. Once quarantine ended, they added in-home cocktail classes back to the business but kept offering the virtual service as well. They now offer virtual and in-person mixology classes for just about any big event.

They have also expanded out of Nashville, and offer classes in Atlanta, Austin, New York City, Palm Springs, Philadelphia, Savanna, Scottsdale, Tampa Bay, and Washington D.C. The classes are set up to be fun and interactive. The students choose two or three signature cocktails they want to learn and BarBees helps teach them what to buy and how to make them. The classes run for 60 to 90 minutes.

The classes teach everything from Mojitos, Old Fashioneds, and Margaritas to non-alcoholic mocktail choices. They also offer upgraded experiences that help the students learn what foods (such as cheeses) go well with specific cocktail offerings. For virtual offerings, the students receive the recipe cards and shopping lists via email and then they have a 45-minute online interactive video chat learning how to make the drinks.
