Is Mama June Shannon’s husband, Justin Stroud saying he owns her show, Family Crisis? He came on prior to last season as June’s new man who she met in Alabama. No one expected it to last but they got married and renewed their vows in last season’s finale.

It is no secret that Mama June Shannon has always put men before her children and even her sobriety. Then, she cleaned up her act and met Justin Stroud when she went to visit another man in Alabama. They had an immediate connection and soon he was living with her in Georgia. Eventually, the two secretly got married at a courthouse and ended up renewing their vows in front of family and friends. June’s kids felt that he was good for her and he has been known to dote on her and fulfill her every want and need. Unfortunately, his ego has grown immensely since he started appearing and it has not stopped.
Recently, on TikTok, Justin started to make shocking proclamations about himself and his part in Family Crisis. He seems to believe that he is one of the core stars of the series and a Reddit thread was even started over what he said. The OP wrote this, to sum up the video:
- Justin saying the show is just as much his show as it is June’s
That was followed by his video where he shared how one must be confident to get anywhere in life. He added that you also must stand up for yourself no matter how harsh others are. Justin was pretty firm in his stance but what did Mama June’s followers have to say?
- He can say and think that all he wants but at the end of the day the name of the show doesn’t mention Justin. And if they split he won’t be featured anymore just like geno wasn’t.

It was also noted that without Mama June, no one would even know who Justin Stroud is. A fair point was also made that if they broke up, he would be null in void. They added that he was a “clout chaser” and a “user” which was fairly evident by his family. Many of them were pumped to meet Honey Boo Boo at Justin and June’s engagement/wedding shower. Then, they were upset to learn she would not be attending. So, it is safe to say that Justin and his family may not be there for the right reasons.
