‘My 600-Lb Life’ Steven Assanti’s Latest Appearance Shocks Fans
My 600-Lb Life fans are shocked by Steven Assanti’s appearance, and no, he is not dead, despite the very believable rumors that finally some spiritual mega-master accepted him in the realm of the afterlife. Some TLC fans don’t know whether to laugh or cry after his most recent Cameo made it to social media.
My 600-Lb Life Dr. Now Said Steven Assanti’s ‘Unique’
Steven and his brother Justin both appeared on the TLC show, and Dr. Now, (Younan Nowzaradan,) claimed that Steven would be a “unique case,” and he wasn’t kidding. Justin described him as having multiple personalities, and he certainly had some perplexing moments and many tantrums.
Steven Assanti was addicted to food and pain pills, so he often called 911 or ended up in the hospital. Whereupon, Dr. Now would send him out. But he did end up hospitalized with covid. However, he also lost weight and his teeth fell out. So, his rather startling appearance sometimes makes fans wonder what his wife sees in him.

Although the TLC star stayed off social media initially, he does do Cameos, and sometimes, he rants away with his unique brand of eye-rolling humor. This week, one of those cameos arrived on Reddit, and people discussed his alarming appearance. We flipped the screenshot and deblurred it because quite frankly, a sideways Steven is hard on the eyes. Maybe he ate a slice of cheese pizza and wiped his fingers on the lens.
The My 600-Lb LIfe star said that he wanted to cheer up someone feeling down, so he sang them a bizarre rap-style song about “popping food” in his “mouth” because he’s “hungry.” And, he referenced his cheese pizza slice that he loves so much.

- You ever seen Always Sunny in Philadelphia? this guy is the My 600lb Life’s version of rickety cricket. Just when you think it can’t go more downhill for him (and stay alive)…there he is.
- I cannot believe this individual is still alive.
- My dad knows someone that he also can’t believe is still among the living, and he always says, “Heaven doesn’t want him, and Satan’s afraid he’ll take over.” The same applies to Steven.
- How is he still alive. He defies science.
- He needs to be studied for real. Like brain and all. He defies every aspect of life. Like the weight didn’t kill him. The drugs didn’t either. He doesn’t bathe so I’m surprised some bacterial infection hasn’t gotten to him. He’s wild.

How is he even still alive? This photo is an absolute jump scare.
how is that he has teeth in this picture? Much OLDER pictures show him with only ONE tooth.
He is a disgusting, and mentally disturbed man. I feel bad for his father. He has gone to the limit to help his sons. I’m surprised his father hasn’t had health issues dealing with this disfunctional family situation.
He should be mercilessly tortured to death and burned.
