‘1000-Lb Sisters’ Tammy Uncovers Caleb’s Secret In Rehab
In a new 1000-Lb Sisters episode, Tammy Slaton will discover that her husband Caleb has been keeping a secret from her.
Fans already know that Caleb had a rough time when Tammy left rehab and returned home to her family. But it appears that he struggled more than anyone realized.

1000-Lb Sisters: Tammy and Caleb face a hurdle in their marriage
When Tammy Slaton married Caleb Willingham, both knew that their marriage came with risks and uncertainty. They met in rehab knowing that Tammy would likely leave well before Caleb. Now that that’s happened onscreen, it seems that their marriage is facing a major challenge.
In an upcoming episode, Tammy discovers Caleb has been hiding things from her.
“What is that?” Tammy asks her husband as she uncovers a basket full of treats. The brand logos are blurred out onscreen, but viewers can still mostly determine what the items are. And they aren’t at all healthy snacks.
“Candy, snack cakes, cookies…” Caleb goes through the basket as Tammy stares at him in aggravation. “I can’t really spin it and make it look good.”
The scene cuts to a confessional where Tammy tells Caleb she’s like a bloodhound when it comes to sugary treats. Back in the rehab center, Caleb tells his wife he’s really struggled since she’s been away. He no longer feels like he has anyone to confide in when it comes to his cravings. Tammy asks him to call or text her, but Caleb refuses. He says he feels like she has too much going on at home without worrying about his progress.
“I don’t feel like Caleb is coping with the fact that I had to leave,” Tammy says in another confessional. “I want to help him, you know, help support him, be his motivation, solve his problems like overeating or stress eating or whatever.”

The show will touch on Caleb’s tragic death before long
By now, most 1000-Lb Sisters fans already know that Caleb Willingham passed away. This season will explore his untimely demise, but it’s not currently known how it will all play out onscreen.
Without a doubt, this season will feature many emotional highs and lows. Fans will have to stay tuned to see what happens next.
