Sasha Farber Not Part Of ‘DWTS’ 2024 Tour, Why?
Dancing With The Stars pro Sasha Farber is a regular face on the annual tour. But this year, the cast looks a bit different.
Right now, tickets are available to purchase on the tour’s official website. But fans who wanted to see Sasha are going to be disappointed. The pro will not be part of this year’s tour.
But what exactly happened?
Sasha Farber’s fans react to him missing this year’s tour
When the cast list for the DWTS 2024 came out, Sasha Farber was noticeably absent from it. In other words, he never planned to be part of this season’s tour. But it seems like many of his fans never realized that.
This week, Sasha posted a throwback to last season’s tour and said how much he would miss the experience, which alarmed many of his followers.
“I’m going to miss this so much, anyone who knows me knows how much I love tour!!!! Promise I’ll be back for the next one!!!!! ALSO make sure to get your tickets because you do not want to miss this show ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” Sasha captioned an Instagram post. In the attached video, he shared a clip from his solo on last year’s tour.

His ex-wife Emma Slater wrote in the comments, “Iconic 🔥 @sashafarber1 also those are some loud shoes!”
However, his post alarmed many fans who thought he would be part of the tour. Sasha goes every year and it’s very unlike him to miss it. Some of the fan comments included:
- “You’re the reason why I would want to go! 😩”
- “Me and my 10 yr old daughter got VIP tickets and didn’t realize until afterwards that you weren’t going to be there. I could cry! 😭”
- “I literally only go to those shows to see you! So sad won’t see you this upcoming March 😔”

“So…I didn’t get tickets because not seeing you on the stage with the boys just didn’t feel right. I am skipping this year.”
Why is the pro dancer sitting this one out?
As of yet, Sasha Farber hasn’t publicly commented on his reason for missing the tour. Right now, many fans speculate that it has something to do with his ex-wife, Emma Slater. She also goes on tour every year and there’s been escalating rumors about her dating life. Some fans think Sasha isn’t quite ready to be part of a tour with his ex-wife and her possible boyfriend.
In the comments on his Instagram post, another fan suggested that Sasha is busy dealing with home remodels and that’s his reason for missing the tour.
But as another fan put it, “Really not our business. Sasha has a right to a private life. I’m sure if he wanted everyone to know he would have explained.”
