However, at the time, he was already a year old. Before that, many people suspected that she carried twins. So, MTV viewers grew puzzled about how many kids she might have. And, a lot of people thought she was trolling her followers.
Kailyn Lowry confirmed that she had Rio, a singleton, and then the twins came along for Elijah Scott. So, with Isaac, Lincoln, Lux, Creed, Rio, and the twins, she has seven children. But why the secrecy? After all, she made a living off breeding kids. Could it be that she simply fishes for people to watch her Patreon and social media by making elaborate communication plans?
Teen Mom Fans Spot A Twin Shared Accidentally?
When MTV fans saw that Kail shared a preview snippet on Instagram of her Barely Famous Podcast, the cover photo revealed Ejiah lying on the couch with a baby on his chest. Immediately, suspicions arose that it might not be a photo of Rio. So, the matter was brought up on Reddit.

Elijah and one of the twins? On Kails IG post from today, recapping the BF episode about Rios birth, there’s a photo of Elijah laying…with a baby on his chest. It appears that the photo may have been put there by mistake. I definitely could be wrong. But if you compare that baby to Rios pics that she posted when he was born, Rio has much more hair than the baby in the pic. And Rios is much darker hair too!! I wonder if the pic accidentally got posted in the IG thumbnail.
