Denise Richards Justifies Dinner Party Behavior

Denise Richards is attempting to justify her awkward behavior at the Kyle Richards RHOBH THC dinner party. She showed up without any warning and was acting quite out of sorts. The guests at the party were wondering what was wrong with her. Now, she is explaining exactly what was up. Read on for more details.

Denise Richards Justifies Dinner Party Behavior

It has been a few seasons since Denise Richards left RHOBH and it was not on good terms. She had been accused of sleeping with Brandi Glanville which she vehemently denied. More so, she seemingly felt ganged up on by her friends and co-stars so she exited the series. Since then, there have been questions if she would return and she did appear in an episode beforehand. She attended a movie premiere for Garcelle Beauvais and acted like everything was fine when she saw her former co-stars.

Then, she showed up at Kyle Richards’ THC dinner along with Camille Grammer Meyer. Though she said she wasn’t partaking, it was clear she was on something. Fans started to question if she had done something prior to attending or had a few cocktails. Things only got worse when she confronted Erika Jayne yet she made no sense of why she was mad. Additionally, Denise was making odd faces and even left with her coat on upside down. Now, she is clearing the air as to what was really going on. According to Page Six, Denise states she had just one cocktail.

The RHOBH alum appeared on Bethenny Frankel’s Just B podcast and had this to say about that night: “I didn’t take anything — I had a drink before I went. I was nervous seeing the women, that was it.” While at the party, she maintains that she sipped on half of a cocktail, as well. However, Denise was under the influence of cold medicine as she admitted she was under the weather. Yet, she states it was the proper dosage, nothing more. Then again, the dinner was weed-infused so Denise is playing the blame game.

Whodunnit?

Part of the idea behind the party was that the cast was getting on Kyle Richards for not drinking and partying anymore. Therefore, she planned the THC dinner to have some fun. However, Denise Richards was adamant that she was not going to have any food infused with THC as she does not like how it makes her feel. Looking back, she feels that her food may have been mixed with someone else’s. “I’ve never been like that in my entire life. Maybe there was a mixup in the meal or the water.”

Denise noted she just did not feel any better the longer she was at the dinner and does not remember most of it. Then, she returned home and felt something was truly off. She did think about not going but didn’t know what would happen if she bailed last minute. As for the scene with her and Dorit Kemsley over her jacket, Denise maintains Kemsley has always been critical of her so she did not care what she was saying.
