‘Southern Charm’ Stars Almost Had Shotgun Vegas Wedding

It is hard to have a stable relationship when you are part of the Southern Charm cast. Madison LeCroy may be happily married now but she started as Austen Kroll’s girlfriend. Olivia Flowers also dated Kroll and, this season, Taylor Ann Green got hot and heavy with the playboy. At the same time, Green was in a two-year romance with Shep Rose until he cheated on her. So, this seems to be a common thing amongst these friends. However, there is one couple that is going strong and that is Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo.
They have been together for two years and Paige is actually from Summer House. Yet, she and Craig met on Winter House. This is where cast members from other Bravo shows get together and have a lot of fun bonding and exchanging stories. Luckily for them, they found love but it is long-distance as she is based in New York and Craig is a Charleston boy. He is building a dream house but it seems Paige is resistant to relocate but she might have been ready to elope in Vegas. According to Us Weekly, this almost happened during BravoCon 2023.
Craig spoke about it on a panel but now, the possibility of a Southern Charm wedding is resurfacing. Paige explained why it never came to fruition to Elite Daily: “I said, ‘Let’s go do it in a chapel.’ Craig chickened out, though.” During his panel, Craig shared that the reason she wanted to do it then and there was because their families were in attendance. However, he wanted something “more real than that.” To Paige, this was still the perfect moment and Elvis would be involved.
Dealbreaker Moment
Craig Conover recently shared what could be a dealbreaker to Madison LeCroy. Though he loves Paige DeSorbo so much, she is unwilling to move to Charleston. He had originally planned to move to the East Coast for a few years. Then, his business exploded and now the Southern Charm star feels he cannot leave where he is based. Therefore, if Paige is unwilling to budge, that could be the end of the two of them. It is unclear where they will go next but it is progress that she was willing to jump down the aisle.
