Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix is getting to the bottom of her odd living situation. As fans are well aware, she and her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, still share a home. Yet, what is the current status of this, and will it change anytime soon? Read on for more details.

Since they broke up in March 2023, Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have lived under the same roof. They bought a home together in Valley Village in 2019 which was a sign of commitment to Madix. She was not one for marriage so this was the next best thing. Unfortunately, Sandoval had an affair with her good friend and their Pump Rules co-star, Rachel Leviss in Season 10. So, that squashed their nine-year relationship and dashed any hopes and dreams. They both loved the home so they have been cohabitating albeit with a mediator to help them peacefully come and go.

After her DWTS run was over, Ariana was on WWHL with Andy Cohen and she was asked what her current home status was. She did say that she still had the home with Sandoval but she was working on changing that. More so, she wanted to sell it and he seemingly did not so there was the struggle. A Reddit thread was soon started to discuss this whole situation as even Lisa Vanderpump addressed it in the Season 11 trailer. She shared it was the strangest thing for them still to be under the same roof.

So, after reading the status update, which was similar to the one at BravoCon, what did fans have to say about it all?

  • The last bit of control he has over her and his ego can’t “downgrade” to an apartment.
  • I bet he regrets dropping all that money on Roach-ella now 🤣
  • I love how he was complaining she’s behind on the mortgage. He forced her to leave and is pissed she’s not paying for a house she doesn’t live in lololol
  • It’s about control. He is punishing her.

Legal Action

First off, addressing a comment from a Redditor, Tom Sandoval recently stated that Ariana Madix had not been making the mortgage payments at all. He’s alleging he has been paying for everything in a recent podcast he did, Two Ts In A Pod. Hence he was working so hard but Ariana actually had moved out during her time on DWTS which ran from September to December 5th. She also has a new beau who she has been with since April and he will briefly appear in the new season. Yet, in the preview, Ariana makes it clear that Tom will be hearing from her lawyer.
