Robyn Brown Forced Kids To Dump Jessop Name Before Adoption?
Sister Wives fans go back and rewatch old seasons of the TLC show to try and figure out Robyn Brown. Basically, they don’t trust her and claim she manipulated the destruction of Kody brown’s family. Now, they wonder about the name Jessop, and when she made the kids dump their father’s surname.
Sister Wives Robyn Brown Plans Ahead, Chased Kody Brown
Some TLC fans are fully convinced that the sole remaining wife chased after Kody in search of TV fame. While he wasn’t yet famous for the show, there was talk going on around the polygamous community. When Robyn entered the family, TLC fans met the kids, and soon, Kody wanted Meri to divorce him so he could marry and adopt her children. Mind you, some people think the new wife already planned to take the wives and their assets from Kody.
Robyn Brown seems to be generally despised by TLC fans. When it comes to her kids, people currently complain that she rushed them into a new life too soon. Bear in mind, she’d only divorced David Jessop seven months before she tied the knot with Kody Brown. Notably, the oldest Jessop daughter Aurora seemed unhappy with the marriage. And, son Dayton looked stunned like a deer in the headlights when the adoption took place.
Robyn Brown Axed David Jessop’s Names From Her Kids
It’s a bone of contention with Sister Wives fans that Kody divorced Meri to allegedly adopt the kids. After all, they could have just carried on being one spiritually happy family. Currently, viewers of the show are pretty mad because they believe that Dayton, Aurora, and Breanna were never told their dad was dying from cancer.
This week, Sister Wives fans on Reddit discussed how Robyn Brown’s kids seemed to use the Brown surname before the adoption took place.
So I’m watching the show from the very beginning, and I’m on S7E8, where they go through a slideshow of the whole family, focusing on every kid, including Robyn’s kids. In a talking head, Breanna introduces herself as “Breanna Brown,” uhm but… this was at least a few seasons before they were officially adopted.
The OP also opined that they hated that she made the kids call Kody their father right from Season 1 of the show. After all, David Jessop was still in the picture.
TLC Fans Discuss The Jessop Name
Robyn Brown’s critics don’t disagree that she probably forced the kids to call Kody “dad.” Additionally, they believe that she made them drop the Jessop name even before the adoption.
- Robyn [forced] her kids to call him dad before they were even married, while they had a dad. She’s an awful human and loves to hurt people and often uses her kids in that mission.
- R is so focused on her agenda and filling in the holes of her insecurities that she has blinders on to how it… affects other people in that family.
- Well she was crazy enough to have Christine’s old family portrait redone with her and her kids and present it as a gift in front of everyone so I guess anything’s possible
