Al Roker took to Instagram just a few hours ago to wish his followers a “Happy Saturday.” He hoped they were enjoying Thanksgiving weekend with their loved ones. The video featured him getting out for a walk. Al Roker admitted it was really brisk outside.
Getting real with his fans, Al Roker schooled everyone on the harsh realities of time. He admitted that it was important not to put off doing things you want to do. He explained that time is the one and only thing a person can’t necessarily get more of. So, it is important not to put off things.
In the caption attached to the video, Al Roker encouraged his followers to consider starting a family walk. Both he and his wife are very big on fitness and exercise. His beautiful wife regularly documents hitting the gym. Likewise, Al Roker posts videos of himself going on daily walks frequently as well.
