MTV’s ‘Teen Mom’ Jenelle Evans’ Son, Jace, Hospitalized
A sad new update this morning for fans of MTV’s Teen Mom as Jenelle Evans’ 14-year-old son, Jace, has been hospitalized. Furthermore, Child Protective Services have also reportedly taken over custody of the teenager at this time. Has any information been revealed about why he’s in the hospital? MTV’s Teen Mom Jenelle Evans’ Son, Jace, Hospitalized
As TV Shows Ace previously reported, Jenelle Evans’ son, Jace, ran away from home again. This time, however, he was living with his grandmother Barbara when he bolted.
According to TMZ, sources have confirmed that Jace ran away from Barbara’s home on Saturday. He was not located until just before midnight on Sunday night. As Teen Mom fans recall, Jace had previously run away from his mother Jenelle, and her husband David three times prior to being removed from their home and placed with his grandmother.
Per TMZ, sources confirm CPS has taken over custody of Jace with the intention of placing him in foster care. Presently, however, he is in the hospital.
Why Did He Run Away This Time?
As far as fans following the story know, Jenelle Evans’ son Jace ran away from her home three different times in a short window. He claims he did so because he was afraid of David Eason.
Jenelle and David have both taken to social media to blame his mental health issues as the real culprit. David, however, also recently crucified a pediatric neurologist for misdiagnosing Jace and giving him medication he didn’t need. Furthermore, Teen Mom fans can only assume David would never admit to harming Jace (assuming he actually did so).
According to TMZ, sources report Jace recently got busted at school for vaping. After Barbara learned of this, she punished him by taking his phone. If fans will recall, David and Jenelle claimed the first time Jace ran away it was because they took his phone as a form of punishment. Now, sources claim both CPS and the foster care team involved in Jace’s case told Barbara it was NOT a good idea to give Jace a phone. She, however, went against their advice and gave him one anyway.
Sources are claiming Jace ran away in response to his grandmother taking his phone away. Presently, Jenelle Evans’ son is at risk of ending up in a juvenile detention facility if he doesn’t stop getting in trouble and running away. Exactly why he was hospitalized after running away this last time was not revealed.
