Fans Call Kris Jenner ‘Granny Wednesday’ Over New Gothic Look
Fans are not being so kind to Kris Jenner as she donned a new ensemble, dubbing her “Granny Wednesday.” The sixty-eight-year-old showed herself off in a black Valentino long-sleeved dress with a white collar. Though she felt like she slayed the look, fans felt otherwise. Read on for more details.
Fans Call Kris Jenner ‘Granny Wednesday’ Over New Gothic Look
Kris Jenner has had quite a distinctive style for many years. She is known for her pantstuits which make sense as she is the queen of momagers. Yet, she has taken risks and sometimes, they pay off. Other times, of course, it can be a fashion disaster. She has donned feathered robes and over-the-top dresses but she works what she wears and has fun with her style. Now, she tried a sweet Valentino dress. More so, she was proud that she was head-to-toe Valentino but fans were not so keen on it.

According to Page Six, this look was not well-received. The dress was all black and hit a few inches above the knee. Then, the collar and cuffs were white with little black accents. Kris paired the dress with black stockings and patent leather combat boots that had feathers popping out of them. After seeing this on Instagram, fans immediately started commenting on the look. One person referred to Kris as “Wednesday’s granny. 🖤” Though that’s sweet they thought she looked like Wednesday, it’s also a backhanded compliment.

Some also compared her to Moira Rose from Schitt’s Creek who was always known for eclectic clothing and interesting wigs. The general consensus, though, was that she looked like she was late for Halloween but they really disliked her shoes the most. Maybe if she had chosen something else for footwear, the outfit would have been more pleasing.
What About Corey?
A big issue for fans was how Kris Jenner’s longtime boyfriend, Corey Gamble was dressed. She did one solo photo to showcase her look and then he popped in for a second. Instead of trying, he came in a full navy blue workout mesh ensemble. It did not work at all with what Kris was wearing and only made her look more awkward. The two just showed off their new Christmas card and they both looked natural and happy. Maybe that’s the look to stick to.
