Blake Horstmann, Giannina Gibelli Expecting First Child
Bachelor in Paradise alum Blake Horstmann and Love is Blind alum Giannina Gibelli are expecting their first child together. The couple started dating in January 2022 and have been nearly inseparable since. The news comes as a surprise to not only fans but also to them and their families. Keep reading to find out more.

Giannina Gibelli and Blake Horstmann went to social media to share the exciting news that they are having a baby. People also shared the couples big announcement and their thoughts on becoming new parents.
The news comes as a shock to fans but it also came as a shock to Blake and Giannina. She revealed after going to the movies she felt a weird flutter. They bought a test and a bottle of wine thinking the test would for sure be negative. She said, “We were on our way back home from the movies and I felt a fluttering in my lower stomach which I thought was weird, so we got a test and made it home, opened a bottle of wine — because obviously, it’s going to be negative this was just a precaution — and after dinner, we found out our entire world had changed. We’re so excited to meet our spring baby!”
Yes that’s right, while she didn’t reveal an exact due date, she and Blake shared the baby will be born in the spring. On their Instagram they shared photos of them together with her adorable little baby bump.
She captioned it, “first comes love, then comes baby H 🤍 we’re so grateful that life has led us here and over the moon to be parents to our sweet baby come spring 2024!”

More about her pregnancy
So far, Giannina revealed that pregnancy has been a dream. She has not been sick and has been able to travel and is craving fruit. It made her “step into my femininity and I never thought I would enjoy it this much.” Blake noted he loves her new breasts due to pregnancy. They shared their family and friends were shocked but the baby is already so loved.
“It has kept me grounded and feeling empowered. The love for this baby is immense already and I know in my heart that this was meant to be for me.”
Giannina said, “No one was expecting it, but their reactions have been spectacular and we’re so grateful for the love and support. We shared the news with Blake’s family in Colorado and then Giannina’s family in Florida.”
They do not know what the baby’s gender is yet. However, they both said they have a hunch. Their families think it’s a girl. They already have a list of baby names they made after a few months of dating. She thinks they manifested it by doing this.
