Why Chris Harrison & Lauren Zima Had Two Weddings
Chris Harrison and Entertainment Tonight correspondent Lauren Zima are married after five years of dating! The former Bachelor host proposed in 2021.
The couple had two weddings to accommodate as many friends and family as possible. Their first wedding took place in Napa Valley, California, on October 14.
PEOPLE magazine reports that Harrison’s daughter, Taylor, was part of Zima’s wedding party. His son, Joshua, was a groomsman at the wedding.

However, the first wedding wasn’t completely Bachelor Nation-free as Andrew Firestone (Season 3 Bachelor), who is close with the couple, served as the evening’s emcee.
Their second wedding in Texas leaned heavily into a cowboy theme, as many guests were dressed in cowboy boots and hats. The 200+ guests for the outdoor ceremony and “cowboy cocktail hour” included many Bachelor Nation alums.
Some of the alums who nabbed an invite were Tayshia Adams, Bob Guiney, Colton Underwood, Wells Adams, Ben Higgins, Arie Luyendyk Jr., and Trista Sutter, among others.
Kaitlyn Bristowe Runs Into Ex-Fiance Jason Tartick
Included in the guest list were recent exes, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick. The former couple began dating in 2019 and got engaged in 2021. However, they announced in August 2023 that they were splitting up after four years together.
In the social media announcement about the breakup, they vowed to remain friends and co-parent their two dogs, Ramen and Pinot. But still, seeing your ex after a breakup is always awkward.

Chris Harrison posted a group shot of Bachelor Nation alums on his Instagram, noting that he and Zima hosted their “Bachelor family” at their home the night before the wedding.
Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick stood next to each other in the photo.

What’s a wedding without emotional and/or hilarious toasts? Jason Tartick shared a video on his TikTok of Harrison toasting a group of Bachelor Nation alums, including Wells Adams, Bob Guiney, and Kaitlyn Bristowe.
He captioned the clip, “A profound toast from the brilliant host Chris Harrison.” The toast was more of a roast as Harrison joked, “I just want to toast to the life I built on all of y’all’s heartbreak.”
One of the alums yelled, “It worked out,” to which Harrison quipped, “It worked out for me!”
Kaitlyn Bristowe leaned toward the camera held by Tartick and shouted, “Did it work out?”
However, the other guests were already hugging Chris Harrison and laughing, paying no mind to Bristowe’s comment. Check out the hilarious toast below.
