‘Chrisley Knows Best’ Fans Stress Over Nanny Faye, Why?
Chrisley Knows Best fans adore Nanny Faye. And, because she used to be the grandma that fans claimed they wanted for themselves, their hearts bled for her when Todd Chrisley received his 12-year prison sentence. Recently, USA Network fans noticed that Todd’s mom seemed to look unwell and stressed.
Nanny Faye Suffered A Lot Of Pain Over Todd’s Sentencing
Todd and Julie Chrisley were found guilty by a jury and they currently serve consecutive sentences in prison for tax and fraud-related crimes. Of course, as the family seemed particularly close, people felt sorry for the kids, Grayson and Chloe. And of course, for his mom. The grandmother could hardly find the words to describe the pain of separation.
Nanny Faye tries to stay brave, but she’s in her 70s and she’s been unwell with bladder cancer. Naturally, fans fear a return of the illness while she’s separated from her son. Certainly, Chrisley Knows Best fans would hate for her to pass away while her boy is still rotting in Pensacola FCI. It’s her granddaughter, Savannah who pushes hard to get her mom and dad back home again soon. But that could take years if it ever happens.

Nanny Faye Looks Stressed And Unwell?
On Reddit, an OP asked other members of a reality TV community:
Did anyone see Nanny Faye on Savannahs live on Instagram? I love Nanny Faye but she didn’t look well. She looks stressed and like she has aged a lot since last made an appearance in public. It’s probably tough on her seeing T & J in prison and the effects it has on the kids. I would assume she is making the long trips to see them also. Granted she didn’t have any make up on but still she looked stressed.”
Nanny Faye also has a daughter-in-law in prison. So, it seems hardly surprising that she might look tired and stressed from time to time. In the comments of the sub, a lot of people slammed the older woman. There’s a section of the community who gloat over Todd’s imprisonment. However, others seem to still care about the old lady.

One person who loves Nanny Faye wrote, “Hopefully she is doing well considering the stress in her life. She is a fighter and uses humor to get through rough times—it seems. As far as her looks go, we are all getting older and she doesn’t have the TV crew doing professional hair and makeup.”
Meanwhile, a second contributor said, “There is no way around her stress. I’m sure she is handling it in her own way. But stress weakens the immune system and she’s in remission from bladder cancer. I hope 🤞 she stays in remission. And I agree about the professional make up crew not being around, it’s a bit different for them now.”
