It has been a hard week for the Chrisley family. Savannah Chrisley’s ex-fiance, Nic Kerdiles was killed in a motorcycle accident and it crushed her and her siblings. What made it even harder was that her parents are behind bars so she could not even seek solace from them at the moment. However, there is some sun at the end of the rainstorm. According to People, Nanny Faye Chrisley, 80, has some amazing news to share with the world. Her bladder cancer is officially in remission which is music to everyone’s ears as she is a fan favorite.
She broke the beautiful news on The Southern Tea, which is her granddaughter, Lindsie Chrisley’s podcast. “I’m blessed every day. My grandchildren are good to me… I love each and every one of them. As far as my health, everyone knows I’ve had bladder cancer. I’m in remission, thank God. I’ve been out moving around, doing the best I can.” This has been a two-year struggle and it was made even worse when her son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were sent to prison. Yet, she has kept her faith as has her whole family and that has helped them get through.
Lindsie shared how thrilled she was to learn about the clear scans. Faye explained that everything looks good for now but she will have to go back in three months. As long as it remains clear, she will officially be good to go. Admittedly, it was Todd and Julie who had been there for it all. More so, Nanny Faye gave so much credit to her DIL for constantly being by her side throughout her battle. Fortunately, she has great news to share with them.

While it was clear that Lindsie was thrilled for her grandmother’s health, it was not discussed if Todd and Julie know just yet. Of course, fans want to know what their reactions were to learning that Nanny Faye is in the clear. This is amazing news and hopefully, they can find some way to celebrate the best way they know how. Prayers that, in three months, the scans stay clear and the world gets many more years of Nanny.
