It was a piece of jewelry in a photo snapped of Kailyn Lowry that kicked off the rumors she was pregnant with twins. In the photo, fans clocked the piece of jewelry labeling Kailyn as a “mom of seven.” Now, his bracelet was spotted before her fifth baby was confirmed. So, fans speculated the jewelry confirmed not only baby number five but that she was pregnant with twins. Turns out, fans who spotted the bracelet and speculated the pregnancy were right. She was, in fact, pregnant with twins.
Kailyn Lowry Confirms She’s Pregnant With Twins
The Teen Mom star dropped a bombshell on the newest episode of her podcast today. She revealed that she was, in fact, pregnant with twins as many suspected. As fans know, Kailyn is already the mother of five boys named Rio, Creed, Lux, Lincoln, and Isaac. Now, she’s confirmed during her podcast she is expecting twins with Elijah Scott as the baby daddy.
Kailyn Lowry reveals she was on vacation in Thailand when she learned she was pregnant with twins. She joked that she came home from Thailand with “permanent souvenirs.” The Teen Mom star, however, proceeded to explain that she technically conceived the twins with Elijah Scott before going on vacation.
I must have got pregnant right before I left and I had no idea. So when I got there, I was eating everything. My face was flushed, but I didn’t think anything of it because I was like, there’s no way. There’s no way I am.
Unfortunately, the bombshell did not include any details regarding the gender of her twins.

As fans know, it hasn’t even been a full month since Kailyn Lowry dropped confirmation of baby number five — her son Rio — with fans. This particular bombshell was also dropped on her podcast. At the time, Kailyn admitted she wasn’t really ready to introduce Rio to the world. But, she felt as though her hands were tied as more and more information about her secret fifth baby came out.
