‘Winter House’ How Tom Sandoval’s Absence Handled By Cast
Season 3 of Winter House is about to begin on Bravo but one key player is missing from the cast. Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval was supposed to be a part of the show. Unfortunately, he did not make it. So, how was his absence handled by everyone in the show? Read on for more details.

For Winter House, Bravo brings together some of its most beloved cast members from various shows. This includes Southern Charm, Summer House, Below Deck, Family Karma, and now, Vanderpump Rules. Initially, Tom Sandoval was supposed to join the crew for their two-week stay along with his bestie and business partner, Tom Schwartz. Sadly, right before filming was to begin on the hit Bravo series, ‘Scandoval’ happened and shook the Bravoverse. That meant that Sandoval had to make a decision if he would come along for the ride or bail. He chose the latter.
So, how did the cast handle the elephant in the room knowing he was supposed to be there? More so, how did they deal with the aftermath of what had transpired to keep him away? According to E! News, Tom Schwartz opened up the moment that he got into the house. “He had so much anxiety and so it was like the elephant in the room and he was like, ‘OK, do you guys want to just talk about it?'” Danielle Olivera explained.
Of course, they did want to know the details but also offered him a hug and a drink. This was heavy stuff they were dealing with and Schwartz had been Tom Sandoval’s scapegoat through it all. Jordan Emanuel was not shy about overloading Schwartz with questions. “I was definitely curious as to how Tom Schwartz was going to be but I don’t know if that was excitement or just being nosy.” In fact, she felt Sandoval may have been a hindrance to the group. Fortunately, Sandoval was able to rebound with another series.
Special Forces
Though Tom Sandoval did not make it to Winter House for Season 3, he found another show to ease his sorrows. He joined Season 2 of Special Forces where he has been pushing himself yet has been called out for his pretty nails and being pathetic. The staff has no sympathy for him crying over an affair that he got himself into and now he is taking a beating. There are still a few more episodes left to see if he makes it to the end but it is quite different from Winter House, that’s for sure.
