Kourtney Kardashian On Bed Rest, Misses Kim’s Birthday Party
Kourtney Kardashian has apparently been put on bed rest, according to a recent social media post made by her sister Kim. Is everything okay with Kourtney? Here is what has been revealed so far.
Kourtney Misses Kim Kardashian’s Birthday On Bed Rest
Kim Kardashian was lucky to have most of her sisters by her side to celebrate her birthday over the weekend. In an Instagram post, she shared how thankful she was for another great birthday bash.
The post read, “So blessed to have hit the jackpot of friends! I couldn’t have ever dreamed I would be so lucky to call these girls my friends thank you for all the birthday love and Kourt I’m jumping in bed with you next week for our bed rest picnic.”

The photos posted showed a star-studded event that included most of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Ivanka Trump, Mary Jo “MJ” Houghton, and Hailey Bieber were also present.
Fans quickly noticed that Kourtney was missing from the photos. One person commented, “But where is our sweet Kortney….. is she truly not part of the group chat??” However, Kim addressed this in her caption, mentioning a “bed rest picnic” on the books for some time next week.
Kourtney made sure to post her own birthday tribute to her sister online, despite not being able to be there. On her Instagram Stories, she posted, “Happy happy birthday to my first sister. Thank you for all those years of bossing you around and you actually listening to all of my crazy ideas. People think the fights they’ve seen on TV are bad. If only they got to witness the hair-pulling, nail-digging ones from early high school, The joys of sisterhood.”
She wrapped up the shout-out by saying, “I love you deeply forever and always. May God bless this year with love and happiness and abundant joy.”
This Pregnancy Has Been Challenging For Kourtney Kardashian
Right now, Kourtney Kardashian has not publicly commented on being on bed rest. Recently, she has discussed how different this pregnancy has been compared to her previous three though.

Due to her age, this pregnancy has been considered high-risk. Prior to becoming pregnant, The Kardashians star and her husband Travis Barker underwent several unsuccessful rounds of IVF before she got pregnant naturally.
Unfortunately, there have been plenty of issues throughout this journey. Just last month, Kourtney Kardashian had to undergo emergency fetal surgery.
She opened up in an interview about how different this pregnancy has been. Doctors gave her a number of restrictions early on and she’s being heavily restricted in her third trimester as well. Now it seems like she’s been put on bed rest and will be taking it easy until her baby boy arrives.
