Mama June’s Hubby, Justin, Leaks New Season Premiere Date
Mama June Shannon’s husband, Justin Stroud has leaked the new season premiere date for Family Crisis. Though June and her daughter, Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Efird had confirmed the show was shooting again, it was unclear when it would be back. That has since changed thanks to Justin. Mama June’s Hubby, Justin, Leaks New Season Premiere Date
Right now, WeTV is in the middle of the current season of Love After Lockup. That will go right into Life After Lockup so the return of Family Crisis likely won’t be until spring 2024. Last season ended with Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson getting into a prestigious college in Colorado. Then, they all headed to Florida for Mama June and Justin Stroud’s vow renewal. It was a happy occasion and moment until they got home and two weeks went by. That was when June and her eldest daughter, Anna ‘Chickadee’ Cardwell called Pumpkin and Alana to break the news that Anna had stage 4 cancer.
Now, months have passed and a lot has changed. Alana is in college, Anna’s cancer is terminal, and Justin is being awful to June. However, he did spill the beans as to what is going on with the premiere date of the upcoming season. A Reddit thread was started to spill the tea as to when it is set to begin. The OP wrote this: “I didn’t get a screen recording but Justin is on tiktok live and said a new season should air around March/April of 2024.”
This makes sense based on when the Lockup shows will air and end. There were a lot of fan reactions to this Mama June news. “That’s one of the only ways he can get a paycheck other than begging on live,” one wrote. Another added: “I’m not watching 🤷♀️.” Finally, one Redditor had this to note: “All I can say is… I will NOT be watching it. After seeing all of them on TicTok and witnessing their horrible, self entitled, foul-mouthed behavior… I refuse to contribute in ANY way to them financially!”
Justin Goes Crazy
At the same time, Justin Stroud went absolutely crazy on Mama June via TikTok. This was also brought up in the thread. He was cursing at her and fans believed that, no matter how bad she could be, she deserved so much better. June had left an awful and seemingly abusive relationship with Geno Doak to be with her kids. She then left them and fell for Justin but it seems that he has some issues that are coming out strong.
