Sister Wives star Robyn Brown spiraled into victimhood when she sent out text messages after the adult kids didn’t want to do a Zoom at Christmas. All they wanted was to continue the tradition of a secret gift exchange. However, Kody’s last remaining wife wanted it to be done so that everyone could see it. That slapped Garrison in the face, but she ended up being the victim? Actually, a lot of people just don’t get why it turned out that way.

You might remember that last year, Kody Brown claimed that the mom of Solomon and Ariella Mae was the best communicator out of all his wives. “Right,” said sarcastic fans who thought she was the world’s best manipulator. Actually, they believed she was the world’s best liar because she seemed to twist things to her own narrative.

Robyn Brown gets slammed for almost everything that comes out of her mouth. In fact, from her bio to her eyebrows, someone somewhere has something ugly to say. And the trouble is, either she and Kody settled for a really bad edit, or she annoyed someone in production. Of course, the other possibility is that she’s simply not a likable person. TLC fans have puzzled over her for years. However, the drama with the Christmas text thread seems unfathomable.

Robyn Brown & The Trigger Word

Sister Wives fans dedicated plenty of posts to Kody’s fave. This week an OP on Reddit wrote about how they couldn’t understand why she got so triggered.

So the snarky comment on the Christmas text thread was the competition remark? I still don’t understand why it was received in a negative way. Did Robyn dislike the word competition or Mom? Did the spiraling justify saying Robyn would no longer speak to any of the children except Logan and Mykelti? My mind must not work in a way where any of it makes sense.”

Robyn Brown really seemed triggered when Garisson suggested they do some sort of Christmas “competition.” Certainly, to Sister Wives fans, it seemed like an innocent suggestion However, she went off and made it all about herself. Quite why she started bleating about how her own kids felt unloved, unwanted, “unaccepted” and not part of the family group dynamic is a mystery. How did that spiral into sorry for me and mine? Was it just because of someone mentioning the word “competition?”

TLC Fans Feel For The Other Kids

Robyn Brown completely flummoxed Garrison and Gabe, and Sister Wives fans think that she took a single word to completely fracture the family forever. Actually, they also believe that she always plays the victim when people won’t let her get her own way. How dare the kids not jump to attention and do a Zoom call?

Garrison felt that she behaved like a weirdo with the text thread about how everyone hates her and her children. Now, it seems that if Robyn’s kids are isolated from the rest of the family, that’s all her own doing.

The family’s clearly fractured beyond repair thanks to Robyn Brown. Even Gwendlyn, who previously seemed reasonably laid back about her, couldn’t understand how she made herself the victim. Why did it spiral out of control? Can you see where being the victim came from?
