‘American Pickers’ Danielle Colby’s Fakery Exposed
American Pickers on the History Channel has been around for 13 years now, and a source came forward and claimed there’s quite a lot of fakery going on. ‘American Pickers ‘Star Danielle Colby Faking It For The Show?
The ratings for the show are not stellar and that got worse after Frank Fritz was dumped. The replacement with Robbie drove fans crazy and lots of them lost interest in the History Channel show altogether. Daniele Colby might be reading the writing on the wall because the OnlyFans online success story seems to be looking to change her career direction. Actually, she previously teased her new reality TV show.
The American Pickers star had previously hinted that she would leave the show. After news about another season in the works, she told her followers on social media that she didn’t really feel like working anymore. That came after she had her hysterectomy last year. However, Danielle’s enthusiasm seemed to pick up after she saw that the show featured Blaze Fury. Now that a source alleged some fakery, perhaps she just decided to do a little bit of everything.

American Pickers: Fakes Things & Danielle Is Part Of It
The Sun reported this week, that Danielle isn’t running the office or working in the store in Ohio. In the article, they cited a source as saying, “Danielle is only usually here for filming. She’s a picker now and she lives in Puerto Rico so she comes back and forth just for that.” If you don’t know, she is a burlesque artist and that’s her main focus in Puerto Rico. With her fingers in many pies, does she really need to always be in Ohio?
Of course, if she just films for American Pickers in the filming season, then it’s not really a reality TV show, In fact, it would mean that she fakes it for the camera. Notably, other fakery was also revealed. The source talked about how hard the staff has to work because of the Antique Archaeology logo. They explained, “All of the merchandise goes off the floor. The staff has to pick it all up and put it back where it goes.”
Is Anything Real?
American Pickers fans need not worry that the items inside the store are fake. They really exist and the source told the outlet that Mike Wolf “does help pick and vet the items sold in the shop, along with Diamond Dave.”
