‘Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown Says ‘No Divorce’ Christine Reacts
Janelle Brown spent some time with Christine in a new Sister Wives sneak peek and made a shocking confession. After Janelle talked about how much worse Kody Brown was getting, she said that there was no divorce coming for them. This caused Christine to have an interesting reaction.

Janelle Brown says no divorce is coming for her and Kody
While Christine Brown already left Kody Brown on Sister Wives, he still has three wives remaining with him as the new season starts. Janelle Brown is one of these women, and she is struggling hard right now. Janelle invited Christine over to talk about what is going on with Kody right now, and things do not look good.
Christine asked if Janelle was “fine” in her marriage with Kody, and she responded “No.” When asked what was happening, Janelle opened up that Kody and Robyn had separated the family even more than before. This is even more pronounced since all of Janelle and Kody’s kids are grown, the last graduating high school this past spring.
She then said that Kody was demanding respect from their grown children. When Janelle said it was even worse than before, Christine laughed in shock. The fact that Kody was getting worse seemed to take her by surprise. However, Janelle then said something shocking. She said there wasn’t a divorce coming, but they weren’t sure if they wanted to keep “working for this.”
When she said that, Christine did a double take and seemed exasperated. She left Kody and seemed happier than ever. The fact that Janelle isn’t at that point yet, despite clearly showing how miserable she is, was a surprise for Christine. However, that moment is coming this season on Sister Wives.
What is going to happen to Janelle Brown this season on Sister Wives?
Janelle Brown told Christine there wasn’t a divorce coming for her and Kody Brown. However, the show is taped up to a year in advance and fans know what will happen this season. Janelle will leave Kody. Meri is leaving him as well. By the end of this season of Sister Wives, only Robyn Brown will remain standing as Kody’s sole wife.
The entire mission this season on Sister Wives is watching it all play out. Seeing Janelle explain to Christine how she wants it to work out makes it more heartbreaking for her. The marriage will end this season and the sooner that Janelle can convince herself it is over with, the sooner she can move forward in her life.

Only they know what’s comfortable for them. If they grew up associated with polygamy and hold strong beliefs about it, it’s likely their comfort zone. Stepping away from that zone is bound to cause anxiety and doubt when making life choices. Janelle seems to me, to have been in a friends-with-benefits relationship with Cody more than a marriage.
Even though I’m a devoted fan of the show, I pretty much ignore season 18’s offerings because so much more recent content is offered on the internet forums. The way the show is edited seems to ensure that fans will think of Cody as an asshole and Robyn as a control freak. I can only wonder where it’s heading.
