Janelle Brown Points Finger At Robyn & Kody For Marriage Demise
As Janelle Brown‘s marriage to Kody crumbles, the TLC star knows exactly who to blame.
New teasers for the upcoming Sister Wives episode indicate that Janelle is pointing fingers at Kody and Robyn. For several seasons, many fans thought that the couple was responsible for the family’s breakdown. But now, it seems like the wives realize it too.

Janelle Brown confesses her marriage is crumbling
ET has a new preview for the August 27 Sister Wives episode. And it seems like Janelle Brown is going to come clean about the state of her marriage.
Christine comes over for a visit. Based on the decor, it’s near Christmas time. But the discussion that happens is anything but cheerful.
In the new teaser, Janelle confesses that the pandemic really pushed her over the edge. Kody and Robyn always seemed to find reasons the family couldn’t get together. Now that they have both had COVID, they’re making up new excuses. Lately, the couple seems laser-focused on the way Janelle’s sons spoke to them.
In the season premiere, viewers realized that Garrison called Robyn out on her sneaky antics. But Kody and Robyn can’t seem to let it go.
“Now that’s their new drum. It’s the new excuse to keep everybody apart,” Janelle confides in Christine. “Kody is so angry about this. He’s getting angrier and angrier, and he’s getting sharper and sharper, and he’s getting more black and white with me.”
Fans already know that Janelle and Kody officially ended their relationship. However, watching it all happen onscreen brings up a wide range of emotions.
It doesn’t seem like there’s a path for reconciliation
In this new clip, it’s absolutely clear that Janelle Brown has a lot of disdain toward Kody. She also admits in a confessional that she isn’t sure she sees a path forward with their marriage.
“I’m not going to sit here and try to put together this relationship post-children leaving when there’s not a whole lot in common,” Janelle says with exasperation. “I don’t even know who this guy is anymore, and I don’t see that it’s worth the work anymore.”
Meanwhile, Kody maintains that he wants to make his remaining plural marriages work. However, he doesn’t show much interest in anybody but Robyn and her children. As the season continues, it’s easy for viewers to see why the polygamist family dynamic ultimately didn’t work out.
