Candace Cameron Bure Shows Love For Former ‘DWTS’ Co-Stars
Candace Cameron Bure is still in touch with some of her Dancing With The Stars castmates, it appears.
The Full House star came in third place during her Season 18 appearance with Mark Ballas. Olympian Meryl Davis and pro dancer Maks Chmerkovskiy went on to take home the Mirrorball Trophy.
Even though DWTS is a competition, it seems like Candace Cameron Bure focused on making meaningful connections too. She recently gave a shout-out to some of her friends from the show. Keep reading to see what she said!
Candace Cameron Bure stops by wine country for a special show
Fans that follow the Great American Family actress on Instagram know that she loves exploring and spending time with loved ones. When she heard that some of her friends from DWTS were putting on a show in Napa Valley, she just had to attend.
Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy have a show going on in Napa right now, entitled SAVOR After Hours. Candace gave the brothers and their troupe a special shout-out on her Instagram channel. The actress encouraged her followers to go see them perform. Based on the shots, it seems like a very special event.
“Val and Maks Chmerkovskiy are performing all summer long in Napa Valley at @savorafterhours,” the 47-year-old actress shared on her Instagram story. She attached a sneak peek of the performance, revealing that she and her group had excellent seats.
Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy love performing for fans, so it makes sense they would host a performance like this for the summer. Val is expected to return to Dancing With The Stars this fall, but Maks isn’t likely to join him.
However, that could be a different story if producers offer Maks a seat at the judges’ table.
What can fans expect from the Chmerkovskiy brothers’ show?
Although many fans wouldn’t expect to see Candace Cameron Bure at a show like this, it seems she genuinely had a good time. And as Val Chmerkovskiy puts it, it’s not just about drinking. It’s about telling a story.
Fans are encouraged to come and enjoy the wine, but it’s really about the performance that comes along with it too.
“I don’t want people to think that you come in, you get a drink and you watch a show. The wine is the main character of our show,” the professional dancer told The Press Democrat. “The performances will make you laugh, and there’s also heartstrings that will be pulled. And wine has a tendency to do that, right? It makes people want to share stories, makes people fall in love and makes people come together and celebrate life.”
