Why Honey Is Boo Boo Living Off-Campus, Dralin Coming?
Why is Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo‘ Thompson living off-campus when she heads to college in the Fall? More so, does this mean that her longtime boyfriend, Dralin Carswell is coming with her? Why Honey Is Boo Boo Living Off-Campus, Dralin Coming?
Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson is preparing to head off to Regis University in the Fall. She has landed a 21K scholarship for which she is very grateful. Yet, she was seen on her Instagram stories looking for a real estate agent so that she could find housing in Colorado where the school is located. It appeared that she had no intentions of living on-campus at Regis so that led fans to believe her boyfriend, Dralin Carwell was coming with her. Then, Alana spoke out and said she was not sure if her beau was moving to Colorado or staying in Georgia.
Fans really hoped that she was going on this adventure alone. In a Facebook group, they left a handful of comments. “If she does go to new school as it’s been said, her bf will be a hindrance not a help. School is tough,” one wrote. Another added: “I hope she does it on her own..get that education..just b u..lots of time for romance.” So, this latest Honey Boo Boo news with likely make them less than happy. According to ET, Alana, and Dralin Carswell will be moving in together when she goes to college.
The seventeen-year-old explained that this is not the only reason why she is living off-campus. “I’ll be moving off campus for security reasons and because Dralin is coming with me,” Alana shared. As for whether or not Dralin is excited to leave Georgia for Colorado, it seems he is pretty thrilled about the change. “I think he’s more excited to move there than me. He’s ready to move out of our small town and experience something new too.
Ready To Cohabitate?
Is Honey Boo Boo ready to live with her longtime boyfriend or is this too much too soon? “I think it’ll be good for us honestly and I mean, I think it will be fun. Even though I’m moving halfway across the country, it’ll be good for me.” She further elaborated on her future plans with school and Dralin. First off, Alana does not want to be in a sorority as she is very school-oriented and is planning on graduating in 2029. Furthermore, she does not want kids though Dralin does. Right now, she appears to be laser-focused on becoming a nurse and living her dreams. Though she cannot predict the future or who will be in it, even Dralin.
