‘General Hospital’ Character Recast Again, Viewers Furious
Within a two-month timeline, ABC’s General Hospital has made the decision to recast the character Molly Lansing-Davis for a second time and viewers at home just aren’t happy about it. What exactly is going on with General Hospital’s Molly Lansing-Davis and who is stepping into the shoes of this character now? Keep reading for the details.
Molly Lansing-Davis was recast in May following Haley Pullos’ arrest.
About two months ago, Molly Lansing-Davis was recast with an actress named Mia Kriegel stepping into the shoes of the character. Originally, news broke that Haley Pullos was in a car accident and both her body and her mind needed time to recover. So, ABC recast the role to give the actress the time she needed to recover. It wasn’t until after the fact that General Hospital viewers learned there was much more to the story.
Turns out, Haley Pullos was actually arrested for a DUI involved in a car accident. And, that wasn’t even the entire story. Haley reportedly caused a head-on car accident because she was under the influence. She had to be saved from the vehicle by the jaws of life. She proceeded to become aggressive with the firefighter that saved her. And, medication had to be used to calm her down at the hospital after she became aggressive with staff there as well. It was later learned that she had been in a second hit-and-run accident prior to the accident that got her arrested.
After news of her arrest and the details surrounding her accident broke, Haley Pullos was spotted very quickly checking into a lavish rehab facility. Overall, viewers at home were pretty happy with this Haley being removed from the role given the details surrounding her car accident.

I can hardly keep track of the comings and goings of characters on General Hospital anymore. The characters that appall me the most and wish they would GO are Nina and Gladys. Frankly, I lost interest in watching General Hospital when they got rid of Jason. I keep hoping Nina will finally get busted for what she did to Carly and Drew but at every turn she gets another reprieve. As far as Gladys goes–get a real job and stop using your daughter-in-law as your meal ticket!
I agree totally!!
You need to get rid of Gladys
I lost interest in GH when they got rid of jason And then Gladys and Nina what a grave disastrous disappointment then Kristina and Molly well it goes without saying that is a disaster as well I understand what Haley done was wrong in more than one way but I also know that there are other in the world of soap opera that have done worse and they have had second chances General Hospital is just not worth my time as well as many many other anymore..
