GH: Haley Pullos Checks Into Malibu Rehab Amid DUI Crash

The Daily Mail reports Haley Pullos was spotted checking into the Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center yesterday. This comes roughly a month after she got into a wrong-way accident on the highway that resulted in her being arrested for a DUI. As Tv Shows Ace previously reported, the intoxicated star also allegedly assaulted both a firefighter and hospital staff after being rescued from her vehicle by the jaws of life.

The Malibu Detox and Residential Treatment Center is located roughly an hour from her home in Granada Hills. Presently, the going rate for treatment at this facility is just under $3K a week. This particular luxury rehab facility boasts of offering its patients yoga, a hot tub, gourmet dining, fishing, horseback riding, access to the beach, and several off-site activities.

Participating in the detox program for ten days at the facility costs $3,750. The inpatient program for 90 days runs $5,400. At this time, no one knows how long the General Hospital star will be at the facility. But, if she were to opt into the 15-week outpatient treatment, the bill would run her just shy of $30K.

The facility boasts of several alcohol and drug addiction treatment plans. As those who are familiar with the original story, Haley Pullos was found with both edible marijuana and mini tequila bottles in her vehicle at the time of the accident.

Will She Return To General Hospital?

It is unclear when — or if — Haley Pullos will return to General Hospital. Originally, an announcement was made that her role was temporarily re-cast because she needed time to recover from a car accident. The original announcement, however, left out some key details including the fact that she caused a wrong-way head-on collision because she was intoxicated, that she assaulted a firefighter, or that she was arrested for a DUI.

Many frustrated General Hospital fans point out that cast members have been axed from the show for a lot less. And, they think her character should be permanently re-casted. Many fans also note it is convenient that she’s headed to rehab nearly a month after the accident, but just days after the news of her DUI broke.

Do you hope she gets the help she needs at rehab? Do you want to see Haley Pullos return to General Hospital? Let us know your thoughts in the comments. And, keep coming back for more TV news.
