When viewers first met Gino Palazzolo on 90 Day Fiance, he was attached to his baseball cap. At one point, his now-fiancee, Jasmine Pineda pulled it off of him when they were at the airport. He was not allowed to wear it through airport security. It appeared that he was mostly bald but maybe had some hair on him still. Then, this season, he switched it up and decided to alternate baseball caps and fedoras. Fedoras were his daytime look while baseball caps became his sleeping caps. Fans could not believe this. One tweeted: “Gino has a sleeping hat too?!?! I can’t.”
According to In Touch, the 90 Day Fiance star explained why he wears a hat all of the time. “I started wearing a hat I don’t know how many years ago because I have lost my hair over time. When I don’t have a hat on, I feel like, like I’m naked or something.” Though Jasmine has compared him to Bruce Willis, she also has shared another reason why he is always wearing his hat. Unfortunately, it was not just about losing hair. Back in February 2022, Jasmine took to her Instagram stories to ask followers why they thought he was bald.
Jasmine asked if Gino wore the hat because he was bald or because he had psoriasis. According to Nicki Swift, the answer was the latter. Many people suffer from the skin condition such as Kim Kardashian and Stassi Schroeder. It can often flare up under stress as well and Gino is very stressed. He and Jasmine seem to always be at each other’s throats over one thing or another. Therefore, he is always wearing a hat.
Embrace Yourself
Though Jasmine Pineda claims that she loves Gino Palazzolo the way that he is, she cannot really tell him to embrace himself. She has demanded thousands of dollars in hair extensions. Plus, he has paid for the work that she has had done to her face. She even consulted a doctor about tightening her private area. Therefore, it she wants her 90 Day Fiance love to embrace his natural self, she will have to be willing to do the same.
