Zach Shallcross, Kaity Biggar Spill Emotional Proposal Details
Zach Shallcross and Kaity Biggar of The Bachelor have been making big plans. Since Zach proposed at the end of his season they’ve been looking forward to their big day. Now that the finale is over and in the past, they can share a little behind-the-scenes info about how the proposal went down.
During the season Zach and Kaity became quite close. Zach originally planned to not be intimate with anyone in the Fantasy Suites to keep a clear head. However, he ended up breaking that decision when he slept with Gabi Elnicki and then told Kaity about it. Because of her understanding personality, she was able to forgive him and move on.

Zach Shallcross Felt Nervous That Day
Zach Shallcross told the Bachelor Happy Hour podcast he was nervous about asking Kaity to be his wife. He told Becca Kufrin he wanted to plan something really special. He wrote it all out that night and continued into the morning trying to perfect it.
Shallcross said when he saw her walking towards him his knees trembled and he forgot all the words he’d prepared. He said, “I was just so happy looking into her eyes.” Kaity finally said, “just kiss me, already.”
Kaity Also Wanted To Prepare A Speech
Kaity Biggar also wanted to say something special to Zach Shallcross about her feelings but ended up winging it. She said she, “spoke from the heart.”
Becca Kufrin told them they both, “crushed it.” She said they both spoke from the heart when they reached that important moment. This made their proposal moment even more special.
