Is Martha Stewart Joining Bachelor Nation?
It’s recently been revealed that the Bachelor Franchise will be creating a new show revolving around finding love for people in an older age group. Now, icon Martha Stweart is talking about if she would join the show or not.
Will Martha Stewart join the show?
It has recently been revealed that Bachelor Nation will be creating a show called The Golden Bachelor. This show is a franchise of their other shows like The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. Instead of young people looking for love, it will be people much older.
Now, questions have arisen about celebrities joining the show, one of those people being Martha Stewart. So, will Martha Stewart join the cast? She is speaking out on that now. Apparently, there’s just one condition she has.
According to Parade, Martha could potentially be open to joining the show. However, she will only join the show “if [she] gets to see the men first.”
Traditionally, this is not something they do on Bachelor Nation shows and most of the men end up being a surprise to the leading lady and vice versa. However, could this condition be worth it to get someone like Martha Stewart cast in the first season of the show?
A little too busy?
Unfortunately, Martha’s reasons for not joining don’t end there though. Not only does Martha have a condition to join the show, but she also isn’t sure that she actually has the time to join a reality TV show. Of course, she has all of her other projects that are keeping her plenty busy, and something like this would be time-demanding. Not only would she have to film the show, but also deal with the aftermath of whatever goes down on TV.
“I’m very busy,” Martha explains. She then goes on to talk about all that she has going on. “I have my beautiful cooking, entertaining and gardening shows which I’m very interested in, so I don’t think I would do a reality dating show.”
So, it sounds like Martha Stewart won’t be joining Bachelor Nation any time soon. While unfortunate for major Martha fans, this opens up more space for someone else looking for love!
