Gwen Stefani Says Gavin Rossdale Makes Co-Parenting Impossible
Gwen Stefani is reportedly struggling in her relationship with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale, who she said is making co-parenting impossible. Gwen, who just signed on to coach another season of The Voice, said that the Bush frontman is causing their kids to suffer as a result.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale were married from 2002 until 2016. The couple divorced in 2016, citing “irreconcilable differences.” In the divorce, they agreed to an unequal split of their assets, with Gavin agreeing to take less than 50% of what they earned during their marriage (via PEOPLE). Furthermore, they also agreed to co-parent their kids.
The two had three sons from their marriage. Kingston is 16 while Zuma is 14 and Apollo is 9. The two have lived far apart since Gwen began dating Blake Shelton. After marrying Blake, they spent more time at his house in Oklahoma. Meanwhile, Gavin remained in Los Angeles. This made things tough, to begin with, concerning co-parenting with so many miles between them.
An anonymous source told Radar Online that things are bad between Gwen and Gavin. The source said that Gwen said that Gavin makes it “impossible to co-parent” and that “their three kids are suffering.” The source also said that Gavin is sending mixed signals to Gwen. He will make things hard on her, but then compliment her when they attend parent/teacher conferences together. “It just messes with Gwen’s head,” the source said.
The source also said that Gavin has not made an effort to meet Blake. They claim he has only waved hi and has never gotten to know his sons’ new stepfather. Gwen also wanted to move the kids to Blake’s ranch, saying they are happier there, but Gavin won’t allow them to move there. As a result, it sounds like the two are not going to fully move to Oklahoma until the kids graduate from high school.

There are also recent rumors that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are already having problems since their wedding. The two got married in 2021, but since the wedding, sources claim the two have been fighting more often. Some seem worried he is falling out of love.
One source told Radar Online that the two don’t seem that happy together anymore. They mentioned that they couldn’t keep their hands off each other when they started dating. However, since their wedding, things have cooled and they argue a lot now. “They’ve even slept in separate bedrooms after particularly bad fights,” the source claimed.
Surprising many fans, Gwen Stefani plans to return to The Voice next season. This is a shock because Blake Shelton just quit to reportedly spend more time with his family.
