‘Bachelor’ Shanae Ankney Shares Her New Man, Alums Chime In
Shanae Ankney from The Bachelor is ready to share her relationship with the world. The feisty blond received a villainous edit during Clayton Echard’s season. Ankney was called out for trying to force tears to flow during a date and not being sincere when she apologized for her behavior to the other ladies. Her presence made the other girls uncomfortable.
She’d told Clayton, one of his contestants, Elizabeth Corrigan was bullying her because she declined to eat the shrimp Shanae offered to her. The internet blew up over Shrimpgate and everyone wondered how much alcohol the contestants were allowed. Despite there being a two-drink maximum, it seems they allegedly get more under the table from producers. Later she accused Genevieve Parisi of being an actress and pretending to be into Clayton.
Ironically, that’s what sent her home when Clayton took both of them out to settle their dispute. Now she and Genevieve have buried the hatchet after going on Bachelor in Paradise together. Parisi and Shanae bonded when they were sent away from the main island while their men met up with other singles.
From Villian To Sweetheart On The Beach
Shanae Ankney started strong on Bachelor in Paradise. She made a connection right away with Logan Palmer and they seemed solid. The girls were then sent away and other girls were brought to the beach.
When Shanae came back, Logan had moved on to Kate Gallivan. Shanae didn’t let that stop her and she didn’t waste time on the beach. She dated Logan, Tyler Norris, and the twins Joey and Justin Young. Fans were divided over Shanae and Logan’s methods of dating on the beach. Shanae wasn’t afraid to yell at Logan and call him out. Aaron Clancy called her a ‘Shanado,’ and said she’d blow angrily through the beach.
Shanae Ankney Hard Launched Her New Relationship
Shanae Ankney shared her relationship over the past few months without revealing who she was seeing. According to Bachelor Nation, the soft launch included hand holding but now she’s sharing the man who makes her laugh. Several Bachelor in Paradise alums from her season have found love outside of reality television including Tia Booth, Aaron Clancy, James Bonsall, and Teddi Wright.
Former enemy, Genevieve commented, “So happy for you.” A fan said, “Real question is, have you shared your shrimp with him yet?! Lol.” Michael Allio commented on the location of the pictures saying, “I recognize German village when I see it.” He said he was happy for the couple. Florence Alexandra, who Shanae double dated the Young twins with said, “Does he have a twin so we can double date again?” What do you think about Shanae’s new relationship?
