Kathie Lee Gifford and Richard Spitz attended a workout session at a Nashville-based gym on Saturday, April 8. The 62-year-old was in high spirits and ready to work out. She wore a black long-sleeve shirt with matching leggings. The former LIVE! co-host piled her blonde hair on top of her head in a top bun.

In the photos obtained by The U.S. Sun, Kathie Lee jumped around during her workout. She stood in front of the window as she ran and jumped on the treadmill. Her personal trainer tracked her fitness. At one point, Kathie Lee waved her arms in the air.

Richard was there with her for the intense session. He wore a matching long-sleeve shirt and pants combo. Richard stood closely next to her as she walked on the treadmill. The duo looked like they were in deep conversation.

“They seemed to be enjoying each other’s company during their workout together this weekend,” an insider told The U.S. Sun. “They were joking around during their personal training session. The workout was fairly brief, and they were both strapped to devices while they did the movements.”

As you can see in the photos, Kathie Lee Gifford wore blue bands on her arms and down along her chest and stomach area, like suspenders. They were monitored during their workout. This is the first time they stepped out together amid the rumors. Kathie Lee is glad to have her relationship with the entrepreneur out in the open, while Richard is reportedly unhappy.

Kathie Lee Gifford married her former husband Frank Gifford until his untimely death in August 2015. In February 2023, she started dating Richard Spitz for several months. The two have shared snapshots of themselves together on social media. However, it’s all Kathie Lee’s doing.

“Kathie Lee is secretly thrilled to have this relationship out in the open,” an insider previously told The U.S. Sun. “Richard, on the other hand, is not happy at all. He has never allowed his picture to be taken, and is furious that his relationship with Kathie Lee is ‘out there’ now.”
