‘Bachelor’ Star Caila Quinn Gives Birth 1st Baby (Pics)
Caila Quinn of The Bachelor and her husband Nick Burrello have a new addition to their family, a baby girl. The couple welcomed a sweet baby on Thursday and are already so in love. Their new little bundle, named Teddi Marie Burrello, weighed in at 8 lbs, 4oz.
Fans and Bachelor Nation are elated Caila has found her happily ever after. She was eliminated in week 9 of Ben Higgins season and left the beach on Bachelor in Paradise with Jared Haibon. She met Nick in 2017 and they were married in 2021. Though like a lot of couples, COVID made it a bit of a rollercoaster with planning and rearranging their wedding. The two shared their joy with pictures on Instagram, read on to see what they had to say.
Caila Quinn Delivered A Healthy Happy Baby
Caila Quinn said she was the one who loved the name Teddi. She said it was one of a few they liked according to US Weekly. Quinn revealed, “we were in 15 hours of labor and ended up having Teddi via C-section!”
In previous interviews, Caila admitted she was a bit nervous about the process of giving birth. She said crossing her fingers for a quick labor was all she could do.
She shared a photo on Instagram saying she was giving a little, “Insta versus reality.” In the first picture, the couple smiles together before the baby arrives. In the second picture, the baby came and Caila clearly exhausted was clutching her newborn. Both pictures are beautiful.
Caila revealed she is scared of hospitals, but Nick makes her feel brave. More than anything she just looked forward to holding a healthy baby in her arms. The former Bachelor in Paradise star also looked forward to seeing Nick become a dad.
She Wants Time To Slow Down Already
Caila Quinn already wants time to slow down so Teddi doesn’t grow up too quickly. She said Nick was a very thoughtful partner, especially through the last few months. He filled up her water bottle and rubbed her back often.
On the above Instagram post, Caila captioned it, “Soaking in every second of her squeaks and soft skin while we are still at the hospital.” The baby already looks a lot like her parents. Caila shared a picture in her stories of a newborn Nick next to Teddi. The baby does favor her dad as a newborn. Then she compared her picture, and she really looks like her mama.
Bachelor Nation congratulated the happy couple. Raven Gates said, “she is beautiful. Congrats.” Michael Allio said, “congrats you two!
